Three curves of work with three movements in each section of track. Each trio will ascend your heart rate to the redline summit, then a steep sloping splash back to blue. Don’t forget to wave your hands in the air and scream with dread. That’s of course if the G force hasn’t already taken your breath away! Grab your barbells or dumbbells and strap yourself in for one hell of a sweaty ride.
