A 30min Functional Strength workout , 3 min rounds of Full Body strength based exercises, repeated 3 sets. Each round the reps are increased but recovery time is always 30sec followed by a 1 min core challenge after each set. A perfect training session to burn loads of calories and build muscular strength.
